These Homeowner's Resources cover the procedures required to ensure that all warranty service is completed within a reasonable period of time, to explain the scope of the warranty given to you on your new home, and to offer some suggestions on how you, as a homeowner, can correct problems which may arise.
Keep in mind that more than 3,000 component parts and thousands of people have been involved in building your new home. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you acquaint yourself thoroughly with this booklet so that warranty service requests by you, and response from CANOA as your home-builder, can be handled in an expeditious fashion.
We also suggest that if you intend to rent your home, both you and your tenant be familiar with the contents of these pages.
